By appearing to be amenable to the theft of work from fellow dA artist, Zemotion: [link] you are putting yourself and your band at risk of being completely discredited as artists, at the very least.

You SHOULD go to your record label and ask them to settle with the artist who's work they stole.

The integrity of YOUR OWN art is at stake here.

Agreed with the last comment. It'd be a very good idea to contact the REAL artist as well as your record label.

I'd be smart about it and get to doing so before she and all of her fans do and this becomes a great mess for you and your band. I'm sure the words "illegal, pirated," so on and so forth won't look too good for Forever Slave when it comes down to promotion. I have no qualms with getting permission from ~zemotion herself about contacting local newspapers in various countries and having this issue in print on the front page.
